Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@ascendi.store.
You must contact us first to receive return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order items (including pre-orders, if applicable)

Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting us at support@ascendi.store

If an order is cancelled before it has been shipped or fulfilled, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs incurred at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our standard return policy.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges


To request an exchange, customers must first return their original item and contact us before doing so at ascendibrand@gmail.com or through our social media (if eligible under our return policy).

All exchanges are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. We do not ship replacement items before receiving the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and approved, we can arrange shipment of the new item.

A €15 shipping fee applies for sending out the exchanged item.

All exchanges are subject to product and size availability at the time the return is received and inspected.

We do not reserve or hold inventory while a return is in transit.

If the requested size, colour, or product is no longer available at the time your return is processed, you may choose one of the following options:

• Select an alternative available size or product (subject to availability)

• Receive store credit for the value of the returned item

We are unable to guarantee exchanges for items that sell out during the return process.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If there is any conflict between this Return & Refund Policy and any other policy (including the Shipping Policy), this Return & Refund Policy will apply for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
