Order Processing

All In Stock orders require 1–3 business days to be processed before shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day, depending on order volume.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear, as some couriers update slowly.


Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipment)

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees:

  • USA: 4–9 business days
    (Hawaii & Guam may take longer)

  • Canada: 5–11 business days

  • United Kingdom: 4–9 business days

  • Australia: 5–11 business days

  • European Union: 4–9 business days

  • Rest of World: Varies by location (shown at checkout)

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, customs, holidays, or carrier issues.

Pre-Order Items

Some items may be sold as PRE-ORDER. These products are not in stock at the time of purchase and are produced or sourced after orders are placed.

  • Pre-order items require an additional 3–5 weeks for production and processing before shipment.

  • The estimated timeline begins after the pre-order window closes, not on the purchase date.

  • Delivery dates for pre-order items are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to production, supplier, or shipping factors beyond our control.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once all items are ready, unless stated otherwise.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout are considered fulfilled.

Order Changes

You may request a size or color change (subject to availability) only if your order has not yet been fulfilled.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled; however, a 10–15% cancellation fee will apply to cover restocking and processing costs.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personal reasons (including incorrect sizing or change of mind).

We will only consider returns if:

  • The item was incorrectly shipped, or

  • The item arrived seriously damaged or defective

Approved returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, a store credit code will be sent. Note: If there is any conflict between this Shipping Policy and our Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy will apply for returns/refunds, and this Shipping Policy will apply for shipping/processing timelines.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If the shipping address provided was correct and the package shows delivery confirmation, liability transfers to the customer.

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders depending on your location. Eligibility is shown at checkout.
