Returns:

1. You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

2. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.

4. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please contact us at support@ascendi.store before sending any item back.

Returns:

1. You have 10 days from receiving your item to send it back for a refund to your payment method minus our restocking fee. (10%)

2. Items sent back after 10 days from receiving may only be eligible for store credit.
